AND GOD SAID
AND GOD SAID
Gen1:3KJV “AND GOD SAID, Let there be light: and there was light”
Gen1:6KJV, “AND GOD SAID, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.”
Gen1:9KJV “AND GOD SAID … AND IT WAS SO.”
As you read through the first chapter of Genesis (beginning), you begin to see that Yahweh, God, had something in His mind and then simply SPOKE it out, which created that thought or imagination into natural being.
Jn1:1–4KJV “In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with God, and the WORD was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made…”
The Greek term “logos”, translated “WORD" here does not mean to write, nor to simply open the lips and utter. It means “the very thought, intent, purpose and motive behind what is spoken”. It is the very idea, imagination or thought process out of which comes speech.
Jn1:14KJV “And the WORD (logos) was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”
The very intent of character or nature out of which everything was created, became flesh… Christ, the Express image of the Father (Col1:16;Heb1:3)
Gen5:1KJV “….In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him”
YOU are created in the likeness and image of our Father!
How does He create?
He SPEAKS what He believes in His heart.
Mtt12:34NKJV – “…out of the abundance of the heart the mouth SPEAKS”
Mk11:22-24NKJV. “HAVE FAITH OF GOD” (Greek says “of", not “in")
For assuredly, I SAY to you,
whoever SAYS to this mountain,
‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’
and does not doubt in his heart,
but believes that those things he SAYS will be done,
he will have whatever he SAYS.”
Mic6:1KJV “Hear ye now what the LORD SAITH; Arise, contend thou before the mountains, and let the hills hear thy VOICE
SPEAK to that mountain before you!
AND…
“The mountains melt like wax at the presence of the LORD, At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.” (Ps97:5NKJV)
Ex4:12NKJV “Now therefore, go,
and I will be with your mouth
and teach you what you shall SAY."
