OF ANOTHER KING

 

If you live in a certain kingdom, the king from another kingdom cannot force you to live under his laws and authority.

 

The only way any foreign magistrate has rule in your life is

…IF YOU CONSENT TO IT!...

…if you've been deceived… duped…

…if you believed the lie.

 

 

 Jesus Christ called satan the prince of this world…

               

“The prince of this world has been judged” (Jn16:11)

                “…Now he is cast out” (Jn12:31)

                “And he has nothing in me… no claim to me” (Jn14:30BSB)

 

 

Since he has no claim to Christ…

                …he has no claim to you!

 

 

Rom6:5AMP “For if we have become one with Him [permanently united] in the likeness of His death, we will also certainly be [one with Him and share fully] in the likeness of His resurrection.”

 

 

When Jesus started preaching, He emphatically proclaimed,

                “REPENT, FOR THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS AT HAND” (Mtt4:17)

 

“REPENT” – metanoia: to change of your WAY of thinking…

…not just the thoughts..,

…but the source that produces them!

 

 

Jn15:19NKJV “…you are not of the world… I chose you out of the world…”

 

 

We have been “delivered from the power of darkness”… and have been “translated into the Kingdom” where CHRIST IS KING (Col1:13)

 

 

Satan is the father of lies… the truth is not in him. (Jn8:44)

He has no authority, except deceiving you into believing he does.

 

Yes, he does have power – dunamis: explosive, miraculous ability…

BUT… once again… Our King has sent forth an edict stating:

“I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

Behold, I GIVE UNTO YOU POWER (exousia – authority)

to tread on serpents and scorpions,

and OVER ALL THE POWER (dunamis – explosive, miraculous ability and power)

OF THE ENEMY:

AND NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HURT YOU.” (Lk10:18-19KJV)

 

 

Why do we believe the lie and come under the dominion of a cast out prince trying to weasel his way into authority in our life?

 

Why do we let him plant thoughts into our mind and then let those seeds grow to the point of destruction?

 

 

You represent THE KING who has overthrown and displaced the powers, principalities, and rulers of darkness… and says to those who have been under the hold of the terrorist, “YOU ARE FREE!”

 

 

You NOW have the mind of Christ! (1Cor2:16)

 

 

You aren't just reprogrammed to think differently…

You have a whole new operating system…

You dwell in the Kingdom of God…

You live an abundant life under the rule…

                …OF ANOTHER KING

  Forming Your World     Have you been in a place in life where you feel like your world has no form, reason, nor rationale to it… like it is void of meaning or direction… and it seems like the darkness is so deep and thick that you not only can't see, but are so disoriented you have no clue as to which way is up?     How do you get out of THAT?     Gen1:1-2 describes just that scenario, but on a grand universal scale: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. CONVICTION

  CONVICTION   I have frequently heard the phrase, “the Holy Spirit CONVICTED me”… or… “I was CONVICTED by the Lord”.  As a young boy I was taught that God was this big eye in the sky continually watching to see if I was being good… and the Holy Spirit, being on my shoulder, would  speak in my ear to bring that guilt… shaming me back to the right path.the moment I stepped out of line   But… why did Jesus send the Holy Spirit to us?     In  Jn16:7 Christ calls the Holy Spirit “ THE COMFORTER ”. He uses the term, “ parakletos ”, which was used in NT times of an  attorney (lawyer)… someone  giving evidence that stands up in court .   It comes from two words: “ para ” (close-beside), and “ kaleo ” (make a call).
