HIS THOUGHTS

 

 

“What is man that You take THOUGHT of him…?” (Ps8:4KJV)

 

 

“For I know the THOUGHTS that I think toward you, saith the LORD,

thoughts of peace, and not of evil,

to give you AN EXPECTED END.” (Jer29:11KJV)

 

 

Eph1:4NKJV “…He *CHOSE us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,”

                  *CHOSE - eklégomai - to select (choose) out of,

by a highly deliberate choice

(i.e. real heart-preference)

with a definite outcome

...AN EXPECTED END

 

 

“Before I formed thee in the belly I KNEW thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee” (Jer1:5KJV)

 

 

“You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb.

I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made…

…How precious also are YOUR THOUGHTS to me, O God!

How vast is the sum of them!

If I should count them, they would outnumber the sand.”  (Ps139:13-18NKJV)

 

 

“For my THOUGHTS are not your THOUGHTS,

neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth,

so are my ways higher than your ways,

and my THOUGHTS than your THOUGHTS.” (Isa55:8-9KJV).

…and because MY WORD

“that goes forth from My mouth;

…shall not return to Me void,

But it shall accomplish what I please,

And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” (Isa55:11NKJV)

“You will indeed go out with joy and be peacefully guided;

the mountains and the hills will break into singing before you,

and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.

Instead of the thornbush, a cypress will come up,

and instead of the brier, a myrtle will come up.”  (Isa55:12-13CSB)

 

 

“Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit:“

“Now we have received… the spirit which is of God;

that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God”

“…we have the MIND of Christ.” (1Cor2:9,10,12,16KJV)

 

 

“The LORD hath been MINDFUL of us:

He will bless us” (Ps115:12KJV)

 

                  * He graved us upon the palm of His hand (Ps49:16)

*  He has us as the apple of His eye. (Zech2:8)

*  He takes joy in us (Isa65:18-19)

*  He rejoices over us with singing (Zeph3:17)

*  He answers BEFORE we even call  (Isa65:24)

 

 

All of this because we are always in

 

HIS THOUGHTS.

FORMING YOUR WORLD

  Forming Your World     Have you been in a place in life where you feel like your world has no form, reason, nor rationale to it… like it is void of meaning or direction… and it seems like the darkness is so deep and thick that you not only can't see, but are so disoriented you have no clue as to which way is up?     How do you get out of THAT?     Gen1:1-2 describes just that scenario, but on a grand universal scale: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. CONVICTION

  CONVICTION   I have frequently heard the phrase, “the Holy Spirit CONVICTED me”… or… “I was CONVICTED by the Lord”.  As a young boy I was taught that God was this big eye in the sky continually watching to see if I was being good… and the Holy Spirit, being on my shoulder, would  speak in my ear to bring that guilt… shaming me back to the right path.the moment I stepped out of line   But… why did Jesus send the Holy Spirit to us?     In  Jn16:7 Christ calls the Holy Spirit “ THE COMFORTER ”. He uses the term, “ parakletos ”, which was used in NT times of an  attorney (lawyer)… someone  giving evidence that stands up in court .   It comes from two words: “ para ” (close-beside), and “ kaleo ” (make a call).
