THE HEART MEMORY


 


THE HEART

 

 

Have you ever smelled a certain odor… heard a specific song… or have seen a scenario unfold that triggered a very vivid memory… recalling almost every detail of a situation, person, or event… including all the sights, sounds, and even emotions associated with that particular memory?

 

 

Well… in 1991 scientists made a discovery that in every human heart there are 40,000 specialized cells - called SENSORY NEURITES - that create a neural network IN THE HEART. 

 

 

They are brain-like cells…

but they are not in the brain…

THEY ARE IN THE HEART! 

 

 

They think independently from the brain... They feel and remember independently of the cranial brain… and are dedicated to memory.

 

 

So, every experience we have, we register in two places…

·      In our cranial mind…

·      as well as in our HEART. 

 

 

These SENSORY NEURITES detect biochemical and mechanical changes in THE HEART… being attached to emotion, trauma… or some other sensory input - and send this information to the brain… playing a vital role in memory transfer, thought processing, mood regulation…

…and especially…

…decision-making.

 

 

During subsequent years of extensive research, scientists and doctors alike have come to a major conclusion:

A decision made solely by the analytical process of the brain takes sometimes hours… days… even weeks to make… and often still without definitive resolve…

Whereas… a decision made with the HEART takes only minutes… if not instantaneous.

 

 

No wonder Pr4:23 says, “Guard your HEART with all diligence for out of it spring the issues of LIFE”

 

 

Our Father is teaching us NOT to live by the Tree of the KNOWLEDGE of Good and Evil… but to operate by THE TREE OF LIFE.

…to be moved by the HEART

…not by the head.

 

 

There is only one thing that can help us determine from which place we live:

 

“…The word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of

·      soul and spirit,

·      and of the joints and marrow,

·      and is a discerner of:

          THE THOUGHTS

          AND INTENTS OF THE HEART.” (Heb4:12)

 

 

Ps119:11

“Your word I have hidden IN MY HEART, That I might not sin against You.”

 

 

Mtt12:34-35

“…out of the abundance OF THE HEART the mouth speaks…

 

 

Prov23:7

For as he THINKS

IN HIS HEART,

so is he”

THE DAILY LOAD

  THE DAILY LOAD   “Blessed be the Lord Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah” (Ps68:19)   The word, “selah” is used throughout the Psalms and other Hebrew music and poetry as a notation similar to “a rest” in our modern music. The Perfect Will of God

  The Perfect Will of God   Rom12:2  “…Do not be CONFORMED to this WORLD , but be TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING of your MIND , that you may PROVE WHAT IS that GOOD and ACCEPTABLE and PERFECT WILL OF GOD .”   I was always taught that there were three different WILLS of God… And you are placed in one WILL or another determined by your maturity level, your faith, and your closeness to God.   However… let's dissect this verse to clearly see the intent behind each part.   ·        CONFORMED – properly means: assuming a similar  outward  form (expression) by following the same  pattern  (model, mold). ·        WORLD - properly, an  age  ( era , "time-span"),  characterized by a specific quality  (type) of existence ·        TRANSFORMED - metamorphóō - changing form or shape in keeping with a transformed inner reality...
