Led By The Spirit

Rom 8:14  "For as many as are LED by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God"

Our decisions are not directed by fear, intimidation, outward natural appearance, money, security, or just by weighing and balancing it all out.

In fact, one of the Greek words for "doubt" means "to mentally weigh and balance it out, or to judge".

The main things that we see  in the book of Acts directing Paul and other disciples were:

1.  Heard in Spirit

Acts 10:19

"While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him..."

2.  Invited in Spirit:

Acts 11:12 And the Spirit bade (commanded, invited, called)   me go with them, nothing doubting. (Paul)

3.  Stirred in spirit:

Acts 17:16 Now while Paul waited for them at Athens, his spirit was stirred in him

4.  Pressed in Spirit

Acts 18:5  "Paul was pressed in the spirit and testified..."

5.  Fervent in Spirit (of Apollos)

Acts 18:25 "This man was instructed in the way of the Lord, and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John"

6.  Purposed in Spirit

Acts 19:21 "After these things were ended, Paul purposed in the spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, After I have been there , I must also see Rome"

7.  Bound in the Spirit

Acts 20:22  "And now, behold, I (Paul) go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there:"

They didn't spend time trying to figure it all out.

They were connected to the life and mind of Christ by the Spirit,

and simply followed the breath of life within them.
