To Know Him


 Is it possible to stay out of doubt and unbelief?

 

 

Daniel 11:32 ... “the people that do KNOW THEIR GOD shall be strong, and do exploits.”

 

 

A war transpires in our mind.  We have the mind of Christ, but we need OUR minds RENEWED…  washed with the water of the Word. The more seed of the Word we plant in THIS Earth... US... the more of that crop WILL come up. 

 

 

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” (Gal 6:7)

 

 

James 1:21   receive with meekness the ENGRAFTED word, which is able to SAVE YOUR SOULS (psuche- mind, will, emotions).

 

 

AS I KNOW HIM,

I KNOW He cannot lie. 

What He says... IS. 

He watches over His word to perform it. (Titus 1:2; Jer 1:2; Eze 12:25; Rom 4:21)

 

 

AS I KNOW HIM... 

His character... nature… 

I trust HIM.  

 

 

But if a person passionately loves God, he will possess the KNOWLEDGE OF GOD.

(1 Cor 8:3 TPT)

 

 

AS I KNOW HIM… I KNOW what HE KNOWS…  and live by what HE believes (Gal 2:20)

 

 

Philippians 3:10 That I may KNOW HIM, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings… 

 

 

“…ye say, that he is your God: Yet ye have NOT KNOWN HIM… 

but I KNOW HIM, 

and keep his saying.”  (Jn 8:54-55)

 

 

AS I KNOW HIM, I believe “HIS WORD IS TRUTH” and I keep His sayings. (Jn:17:17)

 

 

2 Peter 1:2–3 “Grace and peace be multiplied unto you THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, AND OF JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.”

 

AS I KNOW HIM…

grace and peace is multiplied in me.. aware of the indwelling might and grace of the Prince of Peace. 

 

 

Verse 3 “According as his divine power hath given unto us ALL THINGS that pertain unto life and godliness, THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM that hath called us to glory and virtue:”

 

 

AS I KNOW HIM… 

 

 

I am a partaker of HIS divine nature…

HAVING ALL THINGS pertaining to life and godliness. 

 

 

After all... This is a RELATIONSHIP… 

…as a SON

...TO OUR FATHER.

FORMING YOUR WORLD

  Forming Your World     Have you been in a place in life where you feel like your world has no form, reason, nor rationale to it… like it is void of meaning or direction… and it seems like the darkness is so deep and thick that you not only can't see, but are so disoriented you have no clue as to which way is up?     How do you get out of THAT?     Gen1:1-2 describes just that scenario, but on a grand universal scale: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. CONVICTION

  CONVICTION   I have frequently heard the phrase, “the Holy Spirit CONVICTED me”… or… “I was CONVICTED by the Lord”.  As a young boy I was taught that God was this big eye in the sky continually watching to see if I was being good… and the Holy Spirit, being on my shoulder, would  speak in my ear to bring that guilt… shaming me back to the right path.the moment I stepped out of line   But… why did Jesus send the Holy Spirit to us?     In  Jn16:7 Christ calls the Holy Spirit “ THE COMFORTER ”. He uses the term, “ parakletos ”, which was used in NT times of an  attorney (lawyer)… someone  giving evidence that stands up in court .   It comes from two words: “ para ” (close-beside), and “ kaleo ” (make a call).
