GRACE


 


GRACE

 

 

The epitome of GRACE is encapsulated in:

 

“GOD SO LOVED… THAT HE GAVE” (Jn3:16)

 

 

It is HIS nature to do “super abundantly more than what we dare ask or think” (Eph3:20)

 

 

The simple definition of GRACE is “unmerited favor”. 

 

 

It’s a gift!!!

 

 

GRACE is introduced in Genesis 6:8, “Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord”. 

 

 

Genesis 6:9 reads, “Noah was a righteous man…”

 

 

GRACE comes FIRST

 

 

THEN righteousness. 

 

 

Noah was declared righteous because of God’s GRACE. 

 

 

“We love because God loved us first.” (1Jn4:19)

And He so loved that He gave us His Son (Jn3:16)

 

 

“GRACE and truth came through Jesus Christ.” (Jn1:17)

 

“For out of His fullness [the superabundance of His GRACE and truth] we have all received GRACE UPON GRACE[spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing, favor upon favor, and gift heaped upon gift].” (Jn1:16AMP)

 

 

 

“For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ” (1Cor3:11)

 

 

Jesus Christ is the ALPHA and the OMEGA..  the beginning AND the end (Rev1:8,11;21:6;22:13)

 

 

‘I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation..”(Isaiah 28:16–17;1Pet3:6)).

 

 

Cornerstone: the first stone laid… In reference to it, the whole building is laid out and oriented in a specific direction. 

 

Eph2:20. Jesus Christ – chief cornerstone

 

“In whom you are built together for a habitation of God THROUGH THE SPIRIT.” (Eph2:18-22)

 

“Not by might, nor by power, but BY MY SPIRIT, saith the LORD of hosts.” (Zek4:6)

 

“The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it;” (Zech4:9)

 

We are HIS workmanship. (Eph2:10)

 

“…who has saved us and called us… not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and GRACEwhich was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began,” (2Tim1:9)

 

“He who BEGAN a good work in you will COMPLETE it…” (Phil1:6)

 

IT ALL BEGINS AND ENDS WITH GRACE!

 

“…and he shall bring forth the headstone [the final piece] with shoutings, crying, GRACE, GRACE unto it.” (Zech4:7)

 

 

GRACE:

The unrestrained, boundless, all encompassing gift 

of all that HE is and all that HE has…

Without limitation, 

Without reservation, 

Without restriction, 

Without qualification, 

Without requirement… 

to FREELY overwhelm you with blessings beyond comprehension 

in order to demonstrate HIS fathomless love and immeasurable FAVOR 

FOR YOU…

FORMING YOUR WORLD

  Forming Your World     Have you been in a place in life where you feel like your world has no form, reason, nor rationale to it… like it is void of meaning or direction… and it seems like the darkness is so deep and thick that you not only can't see, but are so disoriented you have no clue as to which way is up?     How do you get out of THAT?     Gen1:1-2 describes just that scenario, but on a grand universal scale: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. CONVICTION

  CONVICTION   I have frequently heard the phrase, “the Holy Spirit CONVICTED me”… or… “I was CONVICTED by the Lord”.  As a young boy I was taught that God was this big eye in the sky continually watching to see if I was being good… and the Holy Spirit, being on my shoulder, would  speak in my ear to bring that guilt… shaming me back to the right path.the moment I stepped out of line   But… why did Jesus send the Holy Spirit to us?     In  Jn16:7 Christ calls the Holy Spirit “ THE COMFORTER ”. He uses the term, “ parakletos ”, which was used in NT times of an  attorney (lawyer)… someone  giving evidence that stands up in court .   It comes from two words: “ para ” (close-beside), and “ kaleo ” (make a call).
