CONFESSION


 

Because of certain doctrines, we have all but thrown out a major weapon in our arsenal: 

CONFESSION.


Romans 10:9–10  “…if thou shalt CONFESS with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth 

CONFESSION IS MADE UNTO SALVATION.”

 

“homologeo" is the Greek word translated confess, confession, profession, etc.

  

It is a compound of two words:

“homo" = “the same as”… 

and “logos". 

 

Logos is directly translated “Word"… meaning, “to speak forth”-  but not just the utterance itself.  


It is the very thought, intent, purpose, and motive BEHIND what is spoken. 


LOGOS is what was “..in the beginning and… became flesh and dwelt among us” 

THAT is through whom all things are made and IN WHOM is life. (JN1:1-14)  

HE, THE WORD (LOGOS), Christ, is the “express image" (Greek= charakter) of the Father.” (Heb1:3)

 


The enemy has always come “immediately to steal the Word (logos)”!

 

“…the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she gave birth he might devour her child. And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron…” (Rev12:4-5)

 

The WORD is the seed (sperma) which produces through you that which is to rule. (Mtt13:3-23)

 

The enemy crouches at our womb to devour,  stealing our ability to emanate the power and authority that is our portion and heritage. 

 

Salvation - soteria - to rescue from danger… restore to a former state of safety and well being: - to deliver, rescue, make safe, deliverance 

 

So… “CONFESSION PRODUCES SALVATION!”  

 

SPEAK our Father’s very thought, intent, purpose and motive to any situation, disease, or circumstance that is attempting to claim lordship in our lives, or the lives of those around us.   

It’s time to birth what delivers and rules! 

 

2 Cor 6:2... behold, NOW is the accepted time; behold, NOW is the day of salvation (soteria)

FORMING YOUR WORLD

  Forming Your World     Have you been in a place in life where you feel like your world has no form, reason, nor rationale to it… like it is void of meaning or direction… and it seems like the darkness is so deep and thick that you not only can't see, but are so disoriented you have no clue as to which way is up?     How do you get out of THAT?     Gen1:1-2 describes just that scenario, but on a grand universal scale: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. CONVICTION

  CONVICTION   I have frequently heard the phrase, “the Holy Spirit CONVICTED me”… or… “I was CONVICTED by the Lord”.  As a young boy I was taught that God was this big eye in the sky continually watching to see if I was being good… and the Holy Spirit, being on my shoulder, would  speak in my ear to bring that guilt… shaming me back to the right path.the moment I stepped out of line   But… why did Jesus send the Holy Spirit to us?     In  Jn16:7 Christ calls the Holy Spirit “ THE COMFORTER ”. He uses the term, “ parakletos ”, which was used in NT times of an  attorney (lawyer)… someone  giving evidence that stands up in court .   It comes from two words: “ para ” (close-beside), and “ kaleo ” (make a call).
