HATH GOD SAID…?

 

If a strategy works, why change?

 

The very first time the serpent appears in history is in Genesis 3 in the Garden of Eden.  He uses a “pick up line" he continues to use with fairly consistent success, 

“HATH GOD SAID…?”

 

He still uses that subtle question to get us to crack open the door of doubt and unbelief, so he can slide his foot in and sell us his whole package of lies and merchandise.

 

2Cor1:20 “For ALL THE PROMISES of God in him are yes, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”

 

“Did your Heavenly Father REALLY SAY THAT?”  

“Does THAT actually APPLY TO YOU?”  

“Did the Creator of All Things MEAN WHAT HE SAID?”  

 

Of course, we wouldn’t come right out and say that Yahweh, God is a liar… 

but… just the question whether or not He actually promised or stated something… 

and if that statement MEANS what He said…

makes us believe that somehow there is a possibility that what The King of All has promised or decreed might not come to pass… 

FOR US…

Let alone THAT IT HAS ALREADY BEEN FULFILLED IN CHRIST!

 

Num23:19 “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: 

hath he said, and shall he not do it? 

or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”

 

Are the promises all “YET TO COME”…

not quite making it to fruition in our lifetime?

 

Or are they “YES" AND “SO BE IT!”?

 

Must we earn the good graces of The Father?

Or is it, “BY GRACE are you SAVED

(SOZO – saved, delivered, healed, prospered, get on well, made whole),

through faith, 

and that not of yourselves: 

it is THE GIFT OF GOD: 

Not of works, 

lest any man should boast” (Eph2:8-9)?

 

Eze12:25 “For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak 

SHALL COME TO PASS; 

it shall be no more prolonged…”

 

Jer1:12 “I am watching over my word to perform it.”

 

So… WHAT HAS YAHWEH, GOD SAID?  

What does HE believe?

 

Heb10:23 “Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering…

FOR HE IS FAITHFUL THAT PROMISED”

  THE DAILY LOAD   “Blessed be the Lord Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah” (Ps68:19)   The word, “selah” is used throughout the Psalms and other Hebrew music and poetry as a notation similar to “a rest” in our modern music. The Perfect Will of God

  The Perfect Will of God   Rom12:2  “…Do not be CONFORMED to this WORLD , but be TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING of your MIND , that you may PROVE WHAT IS that GOOD and ACCEPTABLE and PERFECT WILL OF GOD .”   I was always taught that there were three different WILLS of God… And you are placed in one WILL or another determined by your maturity level, your faith, and your closeness to God.   However… let's dissect this verse to clearly see the intent behind each part.   ·        CONFORMED – properly means: assuming a similar  outward  form (expression) by following the same  pattern  (model, mold). ·        WORLD - properly, an  age  ( era , "time-span"),  characterized by a specific quality  (type) of existence ·        TRANSFORMED - metamorphóō - changing form or shape in keeping with a transformed inner reality...
