OF WHOM DO YOU TESTIFY?

 Usually, early on in the journey of a son of God, as Christ is being formed in him, his Father begins to take out of his vocabulary,

“I think... I feel... Or I believe”.

The self centeredness of any of that  has no place in the life of a son.

1 Peter 4:10–11  As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

If any man speak,

LET HIM SPEAK AS THE ORACLES OF GOD;

if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

John 14:10  the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

John 5:31 IF I BEAR WITNESS OF MYSELF, my witness is not true

John 5:43  I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

SO…

In whose name am I coming if I say,

“I think, I feel, or I believe”?

John 7:18  HE THAT SPEAKETH OF HIMSELF seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

John 8:28 I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.

John 8:38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.

John 12:49–50

FOR I HAVE NOT SPOKEN OF MYSELF;

but the Father which sent me,

he gave me a commandment,

what I should say,

and what I should speak.

And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.

John 14:24  ...the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.

John 16:13–14  Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:

FOR HE SHALL NOT SPEAK OF HIMSELF;

but WHATSOEVER HE SHALL HEAR,

THAT SHALL HE SPEAK:

and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

ANYONE speaking by the Holy Spirit CAN NOT testify or speak of himself...

but will ONLY give you Christ.
