Be Thou Made Whole
BE THOU MADE WHOLE
We have watered that word down to the point that it means very little anymore
The word “SAVED” is translated from the Greek word, “SOZO”, which means:
· to be healed,
· to get on well,
· to prosper,
· to deliver,
· to be made whole,
· to rescue from danger
· to restore to a former state of safety and well being
It is sad that as sons of the living God, we are living in only a tiny portion of the Kingdom in which we were intended to walk in “life and that more abundantly”.
Instead of adhering closely to what Christ believes, we have allowed ourselves to complacently sit on the “wayside” where the enemy comes “immediately to steal the Word”. (Mk4:15)
He has whittled away the very essence of the vital Word of our Father, the King, and dropped in another seed, mingling it into a doctrine of doubt and unbelief until we no longer walk in the power and authority that is our portion and heritage.
Romans 10:8–9 “…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
(Lord - the one with right of decision)
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be SAVED...”
Acts 2:21, Rom 10:13 …whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be SAVED.
Ephesians 2:8–9 For by grace are ye SAVED through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he SAVED us.
Hebrews 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to SAVE them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them
1 Timothy 2:3–4 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be SAVED, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
“… thy faith hath made thee WHOLE! – “SOZO!” (Mk10:52; Lk8:58; Lk17:19)
SAVED…
IN ALL OF ITS FULNESS…
SOZO…
YOU ARE MADE WHOLE!
